HOW TO ORDER

You can order from Roderick Vos by telephone, via e-mail or through the web shop. We also work with electronic shopping carts through iDEAL. If you have any specific queries please feel free to contact us: call 0031 (0)416 666 222, or send an e-mail to claire@roderickvos.nl.

 

If you are interested in buying sitting room furniture we will send you a minimum of three fabric samples free of charge, so that you can make sure you are satisfied with the fabric you have chosen. 

 

Once your order has been fixed we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail containing all the relevant details such as the product, price, type of fabric, expected delivery times, method of payment (applies only to orders not placed through iDEAL), delivery address, etc. Please note: your order will not be finalised until you send us a reply with your confirmation. If you fail to confirm within 10 days, your order will be cancelled.

 

ORDERING FROM RODERICK VOS THROUGH E-MAIL OR TELEPHONE

You have called us or sent us an e-mail requesting us to place an order.

After we have received your order we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail containing all the relevant details such as the product, price, type of fabric, expected delivery times, method of payment (applies only to orders not placed through iDEAL), delivery address, etc. Please note: your order will not be finalised until you send us a reply with your confirmation. If you fail to confirm within 10 days, your order will be cancelled.

 

Once we have received your OK we will send you a final confirmation which will also contain further details about the delivery. All prices quoted are VAT included. 

For orders over EUR 500 placed via e-mail or by telephone we will need a down payment of 50%. You will receive a digital invoice for this sum which will have to be paid by return. We need the down payment in our bank account in order for us to give the go ahead for production. We will not begin production until after we have received your down payment. You can pay the remaining sum to the carrier upon delivery, either by using your debit card or by signing a standing order (we do not accept credit cards). Please make sure your bank account and the limit on your debit card cover the total sum, otherwise we will be unable to make the delivery. 

ORDERING FROM RODERICK VOS THROUGH THE WEBSITE / IDEAL

You have placed a product in our electronic shopping cart.

You will be paying the full sum through iDEAL. 

iDEAL means you pay using online banking, which means it is safe. iDEAL payments can be made without the need for any registration, downloading of files or creating accounts.You can use iDEAL if you are a client with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers and have online banking.

 

How to order using iDEAL :

 

1. Order a product. Choose iDEAL as your preferred payment methodâ. Select the bank where you do your online banking. The site will direct you to your bank’s online banking programme with which you will be familiar. The details of your purchase will be filled in for you. Approve the payment as you would confirm any other payment through online banking. You will receive a confirmation from your bank You will return to the web shop, having placed your order and paid for it!

 

As soon as we receive your order and payment we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail containing all the relevant details such as the product, price, type of fabric, expected delivery times, delivery address, etc. 

FREE DELIVERY IN THE NETHERLANDS

Delivery is free within the Netherlands for all our products, and includes placing the product inside your home, in the spot where you want to place the product you ordered, unless agreed otherwise beforehand. Furniture delivery includes assembly (unless otherwise specified) and, if necessary, an explanation of the product. When your product is ready for delivery, the carrier will contact you to set a delivery time. As a client you are responsible for determining if the size of the product allows it to be brought into your home. Should the driver be forced to return without making the delivery, for whatever reason, the expenses will be yours. If getting the product into your home requires any additional tools (lifts, hoists, taking out windows, etc.) the expenses will be yours. Please contact us in advance about any obstacles and possible solutions so that we can agree on any additional costs in advance and avoid any unpleasant surprises.

 

We deliver our accessories through PostNL; they will be delivered within 48 hours to the specified address. 

 

For deliveries outside the Netherlands please contact us.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

You can return your order within seven work days after delivery, and undo the bargain. No expenses will be charged, provided that the product be returned in full, completely undamaged, and in its original casing insofar as this is possible. This return policy does not apply to orders which have been made to your own personal specifications, such as chairs and sofas with upholstery made to order.

If, upon delivery, you find that the product is not in accordance with what you ordered, you can return them. We will try and send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
